What an alert carries
- Same-day notice when a watched company files a 10-K, 10-Q or 8-K — detected within about fifteen minutes of SEC acceptance.
- The recomputed coverage: rating, the payout on the basis that applies, and how far the bases now disagree — refreshed from the new filing before the email is sent.
- Deregistrations flagged loudly. A Form 15 means the company is leaving SEC reporting. Six covered companies did that in the past year; holders found out late.
- Every company on this site is covered, and new large payers are added as they qualify.
